Employee Benefit Package

Rainbows United offers a competitive benefit package for its employees.

 

Full Time Employees (employees who work at least 30 scheduled hours per week) will be provided with the following benefits:

 

  • Health Insurance - (Choice of HMO or PPO) Minimal Payment for single coverage.
  • Dental Insurance - provided by Rainbows United at no cost to the employee
  • Life Insurance - provided by Rainbows United at no cost to the employee
  • Long-term disabilty - provided by Rainbows United at no cost to employee
  • Short-term disabilty & Critical Illness Coverage - available at group rates
  • 401(k) Plan - provided by Rainbows United at no cost to employee

 

Part Time Employees (at least 20 scheduled hours per week but less then 30) -- will receive life and dental coverage at no cost to the employee
